  • An Employee of Homespec Building Inspections Inc.; 1997 to 1999.  Building and property analysis.  Duties included Residential, multi-unit, fire retrofit, and commercial inspections; pre-purchase inspection and performance analysis, defect recognition and cost estimating of repairs.
